Like all businesses we have a mission, our mission is
to continue our rapid growth and build the company until Asken
becomes a leader in the field of software development for both the public
and private sectors.
Asken is working on and will develop
a suite of applications, designed to incorporate the latest advances
in software and hardware technologies. Each application may vary in
content but will be recognisable as a product of Asken.
As a product of Asken each application will
be held in high regard for its presentation, efficiency, reliability
and overall professionalism. In support of each product Asken will be seen as conscientious and cooperative.
Asken intends to become a major force in
software development within Australia,
the Pacific region, the world, and beyond.

Solutions Manager: Jeff Pritchard
Jeff comes to Asken
with a wealth of experience in
software development, and life. His experience ranges from developing
games with Micro Forté in his early days, to developing extensive data
management systems for Government departments. His resolve to provide
quality software and quality support to clients has thrust Asken forward into a respected and promising future
Administration Manager: Ann Pritchard
Ann has come to Asken highly recommended, mainly by her
husband. She has taken to managing our affairs with great enthusiasm and
commitment. Her experience in managing a retail enterprise and in dealing
with people at all levels has been invaluable.
Without her efforts Asken would not
have made the advancements it has.
Company Policy
Asken is in the business of providing services for developing and maintaining software products. These include Consulting, Engineering, Programming and Support services. Our main area of expertise is in data management systems.
Asken considers market recognition and acceptance as a quality service provider to be a prime concern. As a consequence, the
staff of Asken have embraced the policy of supplying only those services for which they can provide consistency of quality.
In conjunction with this we ensure customer needs dictate the appropriate and correct service, and that service is supplied as specified, with skill and professionalism.
To ensure the needs of Asken and our Customers are fulfilled, we have developed a Quality system based on ISO 9001:1994 that is implemented and adhered to on a consistent basis.
We have implemented procedures that are designed to ensure customer requirements are recognised and consistent control of these requirements is established, implemented and maintained.
This policy is issued to clearly indicate the attitude of Asken with regards to consistency, quality and the ongoing attention to improvement.
