Logistics and Admin functions.
In conjunction with staff at Weis Frozen
Foods we have developed a comprehensive, integrated management information
system that has become integral to their operations. Staff use the system
daily for both the planning and recording activities associated with
processes such as purchasing, goods receival, manufacturing, despatch,
inventory management, administration, and forecasting for sales and
production.

For many years we have been developing systems for
various sections within Education Queensland. These include incident
management systems, library and reporting tools, educational games and the
largest of all a management system for the production of educational
materials for open learning needs.
This system has become an essential ingredient in the operations of
the Materials Development and Production section. It is used daily in the
management of copyright issues, job specification, material production and
general process coordination.
Too often in this modern world of ours we find ourselves struggling to
achieve a result with tools that simply don't work together. It is
frustrating and inefficient. City Bus had a similar problem with an
existing system that didn't quite provide the functionality required.
To
solve the problem we developed a system that in part replaces existing
functionality, but also draws on data from their existing systems to
assist in producing essential analysis for business management.
To satisfy accountability requirements of the Federal government and to
more effectively manage data gathering procedures, we developed for the
Queensland Anglican Schools System Limited, a reporting system for its
Indigenous Education Program, based on annual school surveys. It assists
in the compilation of survey results and the preparation of appropriate
analysis.
